I found this random protein bar in a filling station on the drive to Dublin. Has anyone ever seen this brand before? Here’s a review anyway
Nutritional Info: Calories: 221, C15.9/ P19.9/ F7.4 Contains palm oil. Pretty impressive macros given the texture and ‘carb like’ feel to this bar
Texture: Hard and crispy. Like a hard rice krispie bar, but in a good (amazing) way
Taste: Tastes like chocolate whey. It’s kinda like eating a protein coco pops bar. I like it quite a lot, the outer layer of choco isnt very thick but its a nice change from a regular protein bar. Super crunchy, and I love me some crunch
